Here we are ... It's officially December!

We hope you are well under way to creating

your holiday cards for the season.

There is nothing like a handmade greeting!

Beyond our challenge here in The Cafe, we hope

you will find the projects inspiring....not just from

our Uber-Talented Design Team

but from the entries that hang in the gallery each week.

We appreciate all the compliments that come in for our

work that hopefully inspires you, but we can't speak

enough about the talent that comes from our players!

Design Team Update

Talk about patient!

We have nearly 120 anxious

folks waiting to hear and we SO appreciate

your patience.  We are making the final cuts

by Friday and each applicant will hear from us

over the weekend.

Our current DT will be moving into new

positions along with the new additions,

so there will be lots to look forward to in January.

We are super excited!

This week's host is Senior Designer Julie Ranae.

"Of course I am beginning to get that Christmas

feeling as the snow begins to fall and the music

at the mall has shifted from smooth jazz to

'Santa Baby'...and although I don't use traditional

colors nearly as much as I used to, I have to say

that I am really inspired by the color palette of 

a rich red and fresh white, thus your challenge

for this week!"

Interpret the colors the way you see them. 

We do not use specific card stock color names or brands.

Break out of the box and have fun! 

The main requirement is:

PDCC COLORS BE THE 

FOCUS OF YOUR SUBMISSION

When using additional colors, please limit them to neutrals. 

You are welcome to combine challenges, 
but we do ask that:
 1. The PDCC name and/or photo is used
2. OUR colors are the focus of the card.
