Is it already time for me again? LOL, oh boy, 3 of my favorite colors! How ever you celebrate this holiday season, these colors just work and are fun to play with. Deep luxurious red, Forest Green and Crisp Winter White. I cannot wait to see what you come up with, so I hope you will play along with us.

We want you to enjoy this challenge, so interpret the colors the way you see them. We are not using specific card stock color names nor brands for our challenges, so you can really break out of the box and have some fun. What we do ask is that the colors that are in the challenge BE our focal colors...when using additional colors, please limit them to neutrals. You are welcome to combine challenges, but we do ask that 1. They be used for the first time here 2. You mention in your post that you are playing (better yet, display our color challenge photo) and 3. OUR colors are the focus of the card.

- Требуется Дилер (30000-40000 € в год)
- Бухгалтерский учет / Соответствие / Внутренний аудит / Внешний аудит / Управление рисками
(все это может быть передано на аутсорсинг - ориентировочная стоимость € 50000 в год)
- Требуется юрисконсульт (авансовый платеж € 10000)
- Время от подачи заявки до выдачи лицензии (3-6 месяцев)
(можно ускорить, если документы будут доставлены быстро)
- Ориентировочная минимальная арендная плата офиса 20000 евро в год.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К УСТАВНОМУ ФОНДУ КОМПАНИИ CIF
1) Не менее 200 000 евро, если предлагается одна или несколько из следующих инвестиционных услуг и CIF хранит деньги клиентов и / или финансовые инструменты клиентов:
a) Reception and transmission of orders in relation to financial instruments
b) Execution of orders on behalf of clients
c) Portfolio management
d) Provision of investment advice

2) Если CIF предоставляет инвестиционные услуги, как указано выше, и не владеет деньгами клиентов и / или финансовыми инструментами клиентов, то может иметь начальный капитал в размере:
а) минимум 80 000 евро или
б) Минимум 40 000 евро и при этом компания имеет страхование профессиональной ответственности или имеется какая-либо другая сопоставимая гарантия от ответственности за профессиональную халатность с покрытием в размере 1 млн евро за одну претензию и в совокупности 1,5 млн евро в год по всем претензиям.
