"Hi there! My name is Anya Schrier, and I am over-the-moon excited to
be joining The Play Date Café Design Team!
I live in Pittsburgh, PA, home of Heinz Ketchup and Penguins hockey. I work full time for a natural gas utility
company where I am responsible for environmental compliance and
permitting. I am married to my high
school sweetheart and mom to two doggies.
When I am not papercrafting, I like to bake, bird watch, walk, and scuba
dive. I am proud to be a part of several
Design Teams and I love to share my crafty ventures on my blog, Life Is What You
Make It. (www.aschoss.blogspot.com)
It is a dream come true to be a part of one of my favorite
challenge blogs!"
Our next designer now lives in
South Dakota by way of
AZ, MI, TX,
WV, KY, PA

"Hi!
My name is Jocelyn Olson. My husband, two kids and I live in South Dakota. I
grew up in the Phoenix suburbs, but since high school, I’ve lived in Michigan,
Texas, South Dakota, West Virginia (by Pittsburgh), Kentucky, northern
Pennsylvania, and now back in South Dakota where my husband is from. After two
years, I’m still trying to get used to the cold.
I
was always a crafty kid, but I jumped into the scrapbooking world right before
my daughter was born—I thought it would be a good idea to make 100+ handmade
birth announcements with a newborn. A couple of years later, I discovered the
stamping world, and lately, I’ve been using more and more digital stamps and
elements. Primarily, I’m a card maker, but I love to try just about any kind of
papercrafting projects. I’ve been so fortunate enough to have been published in
Paper Crafts Magazine and work on some terrific design
teams. I am thrilled to be joining the PDCC DT!"
We are so excited to have both of these talented ladies join one
of the best design teams in the color challenge world!
Don't forget, Wednesday we reveal our final designers!
